The MFAH Shop is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that all returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit the MFAH Shop in person with your original sales receipt to begin the return authorization process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and protective wrapping is used for fragile museum reproductions or giftware.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned goods, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
